1. Registration Fee

The registration fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Refund Before Training Begins

A student may request a refund before the commencement of any theory class, practical lesson, learner’s permit application, CBT registration, or any other service. Any approved refund will exclude the non-refundable registration fee and any applicable administrative or bank processing charges.

3. Government and Third-Party Fees

All fees paid to government agencies, licensing authorities, CBT providers, or any third party on behalf of the student are strictly non-refundable.

4. No Refund After Commencement of Services

Once any part of the student’s training or related services has commenced — including theory classes, practical driving lessons, learner’s permit processing, CBT registration, or any administrative service — no refund shall be made, regardless of whether the student completes the training.

5. Missed Lessons

Students who fail to attend a scheduled lesson without providing at least 24 hours’ notice will forfeit that lesson. Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability.

6. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing with the student’s full name, phone number, payment details, and reason for the request.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved under this Agreement, payment will be processed within 14 business days.

8. School Cancellation

If Falcon Driving School is unable to provide the enrolled training program due to reasons solely attributable to the school, the student may choose either:

A refund of fees paid for services not yet provided; or
Rescheduling of the training at no additional cost.

9. No Refunds

No refund shall be granted where:

The student has commenced any part of the training or related services.
The learner’s permit or CBT process has been initiated.
The student has completed the training package.
A certificate has been issued.
The student is suspended or dismissed for misconduct.
The student voluntarily withdraws or stops attending lessons.

10. Acceptance

By enrolling with Falcon Driving School and making payment, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund Agreement.
